This is a full-time 12-month regular Investigator position. What You'll Need to Succeed:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Requires a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree preferred in student affairs, higher education administration, social work, psychology, or related area
    • Knowledge and experience:

      • Title IX, Clery Act, VAWA, FERPA, Affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, the Americans with Disabilities Act, other applicable civil rights and employment laws, regulations and court decisions
      • Title IX trends, legal obligations, and initiatives nationally and locally
      • Principles of conducting investigations, including interview methods and techniques
      • Principles of social justice
      • Principles of cultural competence
      • Research methods and data analysis techniques
      • Four years of experience in the development and delivery of anti-discrimination training programs. EEO/Title IX investigation training.



        Other Requirements:
