Position: General Office Clerk
Bayer Construction Company Inc. is seeking a competent individual to perform tasks as a general office
clerk in our Junction City office. Duties include routine administrative tasks such as answering phones,
providing information to current and potential customers, filing, data processing, faxing, and preparing
and mailing daily customer invoices. Position also includes some typing or word processing, making
copies of documents, and maintaining records. Other job duties may be assigned by the Controller and or
Project Manager and may be incorporated in the regular routine. All work is performed indoors and
physical requirements include long periods of sitting, some limited light lifting, and restocking of office
supplies.
Employment Type: Full-time

Experience and Education: Experience with office administration; general accounting preferred but not
required. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Should have 2 years of experience in an office
environment and be competent with Microsoft Office products.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Desire to work required hours and work 5-6 days a week
Be highly reliable, motivated, and focused on details
Possess organizational skills and understanding of administrative tasks
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Willingness and ability to learn and follow directions
Able to pass a drug test
Can understand and follow company and Occupational Safety and Health Administration safety
rules

Compensation:

A competitive hourly rate is based on experience and full benefits package is available.
