As a Government Finance Processing Associate-Client Relations, you will maintain client satisfaction by providing exceptional problem-solving and service to ensure contract documents are executed correctly in preparation for funding and/or disbursement of funds for Government Finance transactions.
For this position an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred along with two years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or loan related field. The ideal candidate should have solid customer service experience, the ability to multi-task and make quick, informative decisions as well as use professional communication.
