Premier HealthCare, a member of the YAI Network, is seeking a
full-time Medical Secretary at our outpatient medical facility in
- Front desk duties, including greeting and interacting with
patients with disabilities and their families.
- Answer telephone calls on a multi-line system.
- Manage a busy waiting room.
- Schedule patient appointments both over the phone and in
- Confirm appointments.
- Coordinate transportation for patients.
- Will include travel to other locations
- High School degree or equivalent required; College
- Experience in an outpatient medical facility a plus
- Previous receptionist experience
- Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
Mon - Fri: 8:00 am - 4:00pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
