About This Role:





The Department of Clinical Sciences and the Veterinary Health Center, College of Veterinary Medicine, Kansas State University, invites applications for a part time, term clinical appointment in veterinary medical oncology.

The successful candidate will join an established oncology service with medical and radiation oncology with a dedicated oncology support staff. The candidate will participate in clinical service and instruction to support the academic missions of the Department and veterinary teaching hospital. The Oncology Service maintains a diverse caseload. Strong in-house internal medicine, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, diagnostic imaging, anesthesia and exotic pet & zoological medicine services provide clinical support for the oncology caseload.

Applicants must possess a DVM or equivalent degree and have board certification from the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, Specialty of Oncology, have completed oncology residency training or be enrolled in the third year of oncology residency training. Salary will be commensurate with the applicant's experience and qualifications.

  • DVM or equivalent degree.
