Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years required License: Current KS License or Compact License required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate FHM, BLS, NRP Must-Have: Must have experience with Meditech, no exceptions. Description: This position requires proficiency in labor and delivery management. Candidates must have experience with high-risk deliveries and neonatal care. Skills required include assisting with sterile vaginal exams, fetal monitoring, and IV administration. The nurse will manage labor and delivery cases, including C-sections and postpartum care. Working settings will include antepartum and labor and delivery. Weekends are required every other weekend. The role requires the ability to interpret fetal heart rate patterns and manage patient care in a high-stress environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including newborns.
