Job Description:
Primary Care Physician Compensation: $240,000-$275,000/yr
(negotiable; based on FTE and years of experience Description We
are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family physician
to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care
clinic in Machesney Park, IL. We have recently partnered with the
Harlem Co. School District and are opening a new health center with
them in Machesney Park, IL. We are seeking a 40 hour a week primary
care physician to lead our new team. Compensation
$240,000-$275,000/yr (negotiable; based on FTE and years of

30 min Position Details:Patient population: Employees & Families of
all agesAcute & Primary Care (focus on preventive medicine)Care
Team: MD, MA & RN Schedule: If possible, the client would like 2
early days (7:00am or 7:30am) and 1 late day if possible (late day
until 7pm) Mon: 8:00am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours) Tue:
7:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours) Wed: 9:00am to 7:00pm (1
hour lunch) (9 hours) Thu: 7:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch) (9
hours) Fri: 8:00am to 12:00pm (4 hours) No Nights No Call No
Weekends Requirements Job Requirements: MD or DO Clear & Active
License in state of employment Board-certified in Family Medicine
or both Internal Medicine & Pediatrics DEA Certified Comfortable
performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control
