below) Position Overview We are recruiting a Board Eligible or
Board Certified Neonatologist to join a well-established 36-bed
Level III NICU in Topeka, Kansas. This role offers the opportunity
to practice high-acuity neonatal care in a collaborative,
physician-led environment with strong subspecialty support.
Clinical Practice Highlights Provide comprehensive neonatal care in
a Level III NICU Average daily census: ~26 patients Manage advanced
neonatal therapies, including: High-Frequency Ventilation Inhaled
Nitric Oxide Total Body Cooling aEEG monitoring Collaborate closely
with pediatric subspecialists: Cardiology, Neurology,
Ophthalmology, Hematology, Endocrinology Work alongside a
multidisciplinary care team including: 5 Neonatologists Neonatal
Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) Participate in call coverage and weekend
rotations as part of a shared schedule Compensation & Benefits Base
Salary: $275,000 – $360,000 (based on experience) $50,000

Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal
Medicine Active Kansas medical license or willingness to obtain DEA
