Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and record patient progress in line with treatment goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare needs Manage patient documentation and maintain patient confidentiality Adhere to all hospital health and safety policies Proficiency in clinical skills with a focus on rehabilitative care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and adapt to dynamic environments Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
