Job Description:

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing excellence in care with a focus on underserved communities. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering daily living assistance and basic nursing care to patients, fostering holistic health and wellness in line with our center's mission. This role requires a deep commitment to compassionate care, ability to work cooperatively in a diverse setting, and adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring the dignity and comfort of our patients. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitor and record patient's condition and document care provided. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients. Support patient mobility, transfers, and transportation within the facility. Follow all healthcare protocols and guidelines to ensure comprehensive, quality care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in maintaining patient safety and privacy. Ability to follow precise procedures and guidelines. Capacity to manage physical demands of patient care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CNA certification. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
