Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Salina,
Kansas, 67401! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

experience, no exceptions Description: The position involves
working in a Labor and Delivery unit. Candidates must have
experience with high-risk deliveries, forceps, vacuum, and
C-sections. Neonatal care and postpartum care skills are required.
Experience with sterile speculum exams, NST, OCT, reflex checks,
and sterile vaginal exams is necessary. The position involves the
use of internal/external fetal monitoring, IVs, medication
administration, and labor management. Skills in managing high-risk
deliveries and surgical cases are necessary. Must be willing to
work weekends as well as other scheduled shifts. The environment
includes antepartum care and mother-baby management. Candidates
need proficiency in both community and facility birth settings. A
strong knowledge of fetal heart rate pattern recognition and
treatment is essential. Experience with various medical protocols
and management of complications during labor is required. Effective
communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented
environment are essential for this position. The unit has a
capacity of eight beds and supports both routine and high-risk
procedures. Candidates should be familiar with interdisciplinary
