Job Description:

Shift Leader Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.Responsibilities: Verbally guide employees into, through, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful manner. Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout shift. Support training of Crew Members as directed by Restaurant Manager. Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance during shift.Operational Excellence: Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant. Have a sense of urgency when it comes to satisfying guest issues. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assure all local, state and federal laws are followed.Profitability: Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are being executed during shift. Follow processes to control labor costs, food costs and cash over/short during shift. Ensure that all crew members comply with policies and procedures.Qualifications:Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experienceEnglish language, Math and writing skillsMust be 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalent, preferredRequired Competencies:Guest focusDevelops and maintains guest relationshipsSeeks ways to improve guest satisfactionProblem solving and decision making capabilityScreening requirements: Criminal Background Check required and drug screens.This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DD Franchising LLC.
