Overview
To support the retail sales team objectives and day to day activities with a highly professional service encompassing floor operations and team supervision, stock and display management, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Operations/Floor Management


  • Open and close the store(s) per standardized procedure
  • Handle money with Point-of-Sale system (NCR CounterPoint) including checkout, returns, exchanges and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Keep an awareness for security issues and safety of personnel
  • Ensure banking is up to date and all cash requirements are met in Manager's absence
  • Demonstrate efficient customer service, sales and/or operations activities as required to ensure service standards are always met and sales opportunities maximizedTeam Supervision

    • Support induction training, day to day training and supervision of all team members
    • Monitor and motivate the Retail Sales Associates and Team Leads, working to agreed targets set to:

      • Maximize customer engagement and experience
      • Increase sales conversion rates
      • Maintain employee satisfaction
      • Conduct team huddles for new products and promotions training as necessary
      • Attend internal meetings such as weekly huddle and report back to the Retail teamStock and Display Management

        • Assist in back office operations, including receiving stock, delivering stock to stadium locations and occasionally shipping web orders
        • Ensure that retail floor and stock spaces are maintained in a professional manner
        • Continually monitor visual merchandise displays, replacing and improving as required
        • Develop excellent product knowledge and awareness of changes in the industry that could impact sales
        • Initiate and execute cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory reporting levels Qualifications
          Minimum Education and Experience Required:

          • High School diploma required.
          • At least 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
          • Strong interpersonal, written, communication, and organizational skills.
          • Strong computer skills.
          • Ability to work with limited supervision, highly self-motivated, and can motivate others.
          • Resourceful and well organized, works well under pressure, able to multi-task.
