Job Description:
Description Server/Bartender Familiarizing guests with menu and
daily specials Accurately recording food and drink orders Running
multi-course meals Tallying Bills Menu knowledge: Memorize details
of daily specials, seasonal menu items and options, as well as
rotating craft beer options Support Staff - This includes Bussers,
Barbacks (must be 18), Food Runners, Expo Bussers/Server Assistant
helps the server or waiter bus the tables and provide enhanced
customer experience at the restaurant or other dining
establishment. You also prepare tables for the next set of
customers and provide any other assistance that the server or other
front of house staff may need. Food Runners would be in charge of
knowing seat numbers, pivot points, table numbers and general
layout of the store. You will also need to have menu and food
knowledge in the event a guest(s) has questions when delivering
their order. Barbacks are responsible for working behind a fast
paced high volume bar with up to 2 other bartenders. Duties include
stocking the bar, delivering product to the bartenders when needed,
rotation of product, putting away orders (if applicable),
changing/moving kegs (up too 120lbs), cleaning and polishing all
glassware, greeting bar guest and possibly taking orders for the
bartender when needed. Expo is a high volume position. The expo is
in charge of keeping all food orders organized and
planning/positioning the food to go out in the fastest yet accurate
way possible. This position requires high levels of concentration,
communication and planning. All orders come through a digital KDS
system which is taught during training. Host/Hostess Welcome guests
in a warm and friendly manner. Ascertains their dining/lodging
needs. Seats guests and manage the seating chart. Monitors
restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds
to guest or member inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly,
and efficient manner. Smiles are required 100% of the time. The
host/hostess staff are the first and last impression of Crush
Duties could include food running so proper knowledge of the menu
and options is required Daily cleaning duties Answering phone calls
Inputting reservations Completing gift card and carryout order
transactions. Back of House - This can include Dish Machine
Operator, Cook Operates dish machine Reads and prepares menu items
as ordered by customers according to portion control and quality
standards of the menu. Follows specific recipes and instructions to
prepare menu items as ordered to prepare menu items using basic
kitchen equipment and preparatory utensils. Uphold the standard of
quality, cleanliness, safety as expected from the executive chef.
