The Project Manager is responsible for managing all phases of a
construction project, coordinating the project team and maintaining
the project budget. Such duties may include: coordinating
subcontractors, direct supervision of superintendents, maintaining
current construction documents, overseeing project closeout,
coordinating project schedule, performing customer relations
activities, performing any other assignments as directed by
