Premier has also earned a national certification as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA).We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Patient Services Specialist for our Manhattan medical facility:--- You will be collecting referral information via phone--- You will be registering information in appropriate databases--- You will be analyzing referrals for appropriate services--- You will be scheduling appointments--- You will be maintaining files to facilitate rescheduling as needed--- You will be participating in department meetings--- You will be navigating patients throughout various departmentsPreferred Qualifications:--- High School degree or equivalent; College preferred--- Prior call center or receptionist experience--- Bilingual English/SpanishPremier is unique in its quality of medical, dental, mental health, rehabilitation, and specialty care provided to people with disabilities and their families.
