Job Description
Woof's is seeking a part-time, in-office Call Center Specialist to
join our growing team. Call Center Specialists provide
high-quality, "best-in-class" customer service over the phone.
Primary tasks include scheduling appointments for our guests and
facilitating positive communication between our guests and our
stores. The ideal Call Center Specialist is a detail-oriented
individual who is tech-savvy and can quickly take care of guest
requests via phone, email, and chat. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications
Flexible availability to work 20-30 hours per week, Monday-Sunday
7am-7pm
Customer service experience required
Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills
Excellent technology, computer, and typing skills
Ability to work at a desk and talk on the phone 8 hours per day
