Landscape Laborer Reports to: Landscape Foreman/Supervisor Supervises: not applicable Responsibilities --- Assists with loading and unloading landscape trucks, ensuring proper materials, supplies and equipment are available as instructed by supervisor --- Assists with preparing plants, fertilizing, mulching, and watering all landscape plantings as instructed by supervisor --- Assists with installing rock walls, landscape lighting, and pond/water features as instructed by supervisor. May perform basic irrigation work as necessary. --- May operate skid steers, rototillers, trenchers, chainsaws, sod cutters, brick saws, and any other landscape equipment as instructed. --- Performs other duties as required. Education/ Experience --- Prefer previous landscaping experience, but not required --- Good driving record Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities --- Construction knowledge --- Mechanical knowledge --- Problem Solving --- Customer service skills --- Ability to bend stoop and stand at least 8 hrs a day --- Ability to lift 80lbPowered by JazzHR
