Cox Bros. BBQ is immediately hiring a Team Member/Pit Master to join our fun and successful restaurant crew! This employee will work from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Restaurant team members should be friendly and willing to learn new tasks. Team members prepare and plate food with pride. On-the-job training in a fun and supportive atmosphere is provided.What you'll do as a Team Member/Pit Master:Manage the meat and other food items in the smoker, monitoring qualityPrepares food dailyMust be organized and have good time management skillsMust assume responsibility for morning dishes, staying afloat for the morning shiftManage morning food trucksWork 2 smokers, monitoring the fire pitUse checklist for daily preparationTeam Member Qualifications:Able to lift 60 lbs.Food safety certification preferredDetail to cleanlinessDependableMust be 18 years or olderAt Cox Brothers, the feeling is casual, but we're not casual about the attention we give to our BBQ.
