Come to Pathway Family Services!We are looking for a full-time Clinical Supervisor who is at least 21 years of age with a master's degree in social work, professional counseling or related field to join our team!
A Day in The Life as a Clinical Supervisor -As the Clinical Supervisor, you will work closely with all members of the multidisciplinary teams that serve residents in our care. With guidance and direction from the Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor will support licensed therapists in providing individualized, targeted treatment for children in residential care for mental / behavioral health concerns. You will guide treatment teams in creating treatment plan based in TF-CBT, Adolescent DBT, or similar models, that also incorporate the Active Treatment (milieu structure) that has its roots in PBIS and TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention). You will have a voice as we consistently raise our standards and performance, through data-based decision making. -
