As a Field Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our global sales efforts, tasked with expanding our reach and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagements and effective product demonstrations. This position calls for a proactive and innovative approach to sales, paired with a deep understanding of our technologically advanced products, designed to empower businesses worldwide. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that convey the value and benefits of our solutions. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to deliver excellent customer service and ensure client needs are met. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in our CRM system. Participate in industry conferences and events to build company's presence and network. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of the financial services market and payment technologies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Any sales certifications (e.g., CPSA, Certified Sales Professional) Knowledge of payment systems and financial software is highly advantageous
